2. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be considered in the following scenarios:
- Duplicate payment: If you were charged more than once for the same service
- Service not initiated: If the verification process has not yet commenced after payment
- Technical failure: If a system error prevented you from receiving your report and we are unable to resolve the issue
- Incorrect report delivery: If the report was delivered for a different individual due to an error on our end
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- The verification has already been completed and the report has been delivered
- The verification process is underway and data collection has begun
- Dissatisfaction with the findings or outcome of a verification report
- Incorrect information was submitted by the user, leading to inaccurate results
- The user fails to provide necessary documents or cooperation required
- Change of mind after submitting a verification request
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Email us at hello@groomverify.com with the subject line “Refund Request”
- Include your registered email address, order/request ID, and the reason for the refund
- Attach any supporting documents or screenshots, if applicable
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the payment date.
5. Refund Processing
Once a refund request is received:
- Our team will review the request within 3–5 business days
- You will be notified via email about the approval or rejection
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
- The exact timeline may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
6. Partial Refunds
In cases where the verification process has partially commenced, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion, based on the work already completed. The refund amount will be communicated to you before processing.
7. Cancellation

8. Disputes
If you are unsatisfied with the outcome of a refund request, you may escalate the matter by writing to us at hello@groomverify.com. We will review escalated cases within 10 business days and provide a final resolution.
